IOM continues to promptly react to the needs of people fleeing war in Ukraine and on 2 September 2022 delivered another batch of humanitarian assistance to the Accommodation Facility in the town Martin in the premises of a high school dormitory.

As part of this donation six refrigerators and six vacuum cleaners were handed over in coordination with the District Office in Martin.

The Accommodation Facility in Martin hosts around 150 people, mostly women and children. These new appliances will improve their basic living conditions, they can store their food and maintain clean environment for them and their children.
