The EU Talent Pool Pilot is a new pilot project of the European Commission for temporary protection holders from of Ukraine who were forced to flee the war and have been granted temporary protection in an EU Member State. The EU Talent Pool is designed to help them find work in the EU.
The EU Talent Pool was created by the European Commission in cooperation with the European Labour Authority (ELA), the European Employment Services (EURES), EU Member States and the European Migration Network (EMN), which is coordinated in Slovakia by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
Through this project and the European EURES portal, a person with temporary protection can create a CV and show their skills to more than 4,000 verified and registered employers. The services of the EURES network are available in Slovakia at all 46 labour offices where EURES advisers and contact persons work.
