People are forced to flee the war in Ukraine, and they often leave their homes with a few belongings and without basic accessories. Those of mostly women with children and elderly persons who found a temporary shelter in Slovakia can find kitchen and dining accessories at this centre in Bratislava that will enable them to prepare and serve their own food.
This IOM delivery included 500 soup plates, 500 glasses for water, 200 pans, 200 knives, 400 pots and 100 slicing wooden boards.
This assistance followed the previous cooperation with these helping organisations operating the centre in Bratislava which consisted in providing hygienic kits in July 2022.
