Representatives of the migrant communities from India, Thailand and Peru, in cooperation with the MIC, organized a unique event World in the Palm of Your Hand. The happening took place in Košice on 27 July 2013 and the participants had the possibility to discover new traditions, food and cultures of migrants coming from various countries and living in Košice.

This trip around the world provided its guests with interesting information on several cultures, gave them a possibility to try to dance an outstanding "Isaan" Thai dance, visit the Latin-American school of dances, taste many delicious specialties from different parts of the world and celebrate the well-known Indian "Diwali" festival of lights. You can look forward to the next trip around this large colourful world in Košice in the upcoming year!
