Thirty Ukrainians learnt about how to look for a job using the Profesia.sk web portal, what not to forget when looking for a job, how IOM Migration Information Centre (IOM MIC) can help them with their first steps in Slovakia and which IOM MIC services non-EU nationals in Slovakia can benefit from.

IOM MIC prepared The workshop as part of a series of community events Welcoming Slovakia on 28 June 2022 in Bratislava, in cooperation with the Ukrainian community mediator, the Profesia company and the large-scale capacity Assistance Centre Bottova, administered by the Bratislava Magistrate.
A speaker from Profesia introduced the current situation at the Slovak labour market and useful topics like how to create a CV and how to search for jobs for Ukrainians using their portal Profesia.sk, what the rights of employees in Slovakia are and how to find a job which fits your criteria.
